As if March wasn�t packed with activities, spring-related or otherwise, this month offers even more opportunities to enjoy the arts. The April 20 Pandit Shivkumar Sharma-Ustad Zakir Hussain concert in Orlando will be followed by sitar maestro Ravi Shankar and daughter Anoushka�s concert in Tampa on April 23.
Several other events such as a Kala Ramnath violin performance as well as an Ekal Vidyalaya musical charity evening are scheduled in April. So plan to attend as many activities as you can to show your support.
We are glad to kick off yet two more new columnists in this issue. IT whiz Arun Marballi of Brandon writes about updating your Operating System and anti-virus software in Techno Corner; Teesta Sullivan, area developer for FasTracKids, highlights the importance of early stimulation in brain development among children.
