TAMPA INDO-US CHAMBER TO HOLD 9TH ANNUAL GOLF INVITATIONAL SEPT. 10 Tampa�s INDO-US
Chamber of Commerce will hold its ninth annual Golf Invitational on Fri The format will be a four-player scramble. Registration begins at 11:30 and is followed by lunch. The shotgun start kicks off at 1. Various prizes will be awarded to the first- and second-place team in three divisions, from low handicaps to high handicaps. There also will be separate competitions, including low and high handicaps. For information, visit www.indo-us.org ______________________________________________________________________________________________ THREE PRIESTS CONDUCTING SERVICES AT VISHNU MANDIR IN TAMPA Vishnu Mandir in Tampa now has three priests who conduct regular Sunday services: pandits Ramesh Mehta, Thakechand Ramnauth and Kapildeo Persad. They are available to perform private poojas at the temple or devotees� homes. The temple at 5803 Lynn Road holds services from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Sunday. Soon, Vishnu Mandir will be hosting kirtan and Hindi classes for children and adults. Families are encouraged to participate.
