JACKSONVILLE’S MOTHERSCRY SPREADS JOY

On behalf of the non-profit Motherscry Inc., a few youth spread the joys of the season to the elderly at a nursing home and a hospice center Dec. 14 in Jacksonville. Launched on Nov. 14, 2010, Motherscry looks to bring awareness to the community about the challenges of mental health issues and autism.

There is a saying, “To make a difference in someone's life, you don't have to be brilliant, rich beautiful or perfect. You just have to care." And that is what the children experienced, according to Dr. Uma Eyyunni of Motherscry.

Details of the organization can be found at www.motherscry.net Or call Dr. Uma Eyyunni at (904) 810-7626.
