Riding high after a successful, glamorous turn in the “The Dirty Picture,” get ready to see a different Vidya Balan in this dramatic thriller. Balan plays Vidya Bagchi, who travels from London to Kolkata during Durga Puja and discovers that her husband Arnab Bagchi is missing. Seven months pregnant and all alone, Vidya soon begins a relentless search for her husband through this festive city. Relying only on her recollections of him, she almost loses hope as every clue leads to nowhere. Strangely, everyone she encounters tries to convince Vidya that her husband does not exist. Gradually, she comes to the realization that all is not as it seems. She must sort through the lies that people have told her, not just for herself but for the sake of her unborn child. Vidya is determined to unravel the mystery about her missing husband even at the cost of her own life. This film was extensively shot in Kolkata. Vidya Balan fans will surely not be disappointed with this talented actress’s latest feature.

From the director of “Ek Hasina Thi” and “Johnny Gaddar,” this action-packed spy thriller begins with a sequence of events around the world. An ex-KGB officer is tortured and murdered in Uzbekistan. In Cape Town, some international business tycoons discuss a rumor that the dead KGB officer hid away a nuclear suitcase bomb. Meanwhile, in Moscow, an Indian secret agent is exposed and shot dead trying to send a warning message home. Agent Vinod, played by Saif Ali Khan, is assigned to find out why his colleague, was killed. Vinod is the kind of agent who acts first and asks questions later. His methods put him in dangerous situations but he manages to get critical leads. The trail takes him to Morocco, where he meets ruthless, aging mafia don Kazan, played by Prem Chopra and his beautiful personal physician, the mysterious Dr. Ruby, played by Kareena Kapoor. Can Ruby be trusted or is she really a terrorist? A roller-coaster of twists and turns take Vinod from around the globe and finally London, where he discovers “the ultimate conspiracy.” The makers call the movie your passport to action and adventure.
