After his directorial debut at the age of 24 with “Maine Pyar Kiya,” (1989) and the super hit “Hum Aapke Hai Koun,” (1994) and “Hum Saath-Saath Hain,” (1999), Sooraj Barjatya of Rajshri Productions reunites with Salman Khan as Prem in his latest family drama. Need we say more? Set amid majestic palaces with gorgeous locales and beautiful costumes, reports say Salman Khan will be playing a double role as a member of a royal family and a commoner while Sonom Kapoor is Maithili, a princess. Prem is seen performing in Ram Leela productions and later as a fighter. The conflict comes from a sibling rivalry for power and property. Neil Nitin Mukesh plays his younger step-brother and Swara Bhaskar, a sister. Expect emotional family drama but also action in this entertainer. Anupam Kher, who plays an essential role, has said this film is Khan and Barjatya’s best work till date. The film will also be released in Telugu and Tamil.
