GEAR UP FOR THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS!

Kiran Bahl

By KIRAN BAHL

Happy Diwali!! It’s that joyous time of year where we celebrate our faith, our family, our friends, our food and also our fashion! Let’s look into these quick tips and tricks for an easier feel to look and feel fancy, just right for the festival of lights.

LIGHTS AND BRIGHTS, DIWALI COLORS

Diwali is all about the light, overpowering the dark in our lives. Keeping this in mind, when planning your ensemble for the next gathering, think the very same … light and some bright.

RANGOLI, DIWALI SHAPES

This season’s holiday wear of course is about sequins and stones, but prints are the now. From ambi/paisley designs to dark floral looks and animal motifs, let’s dive right into the right way to print.

FIRE and SUNSETS, DIWALI LOOKS

Fire, like a beautiful sunset, is the overall theme this season. Go with shades of this for your festive wear. Reds, oranges, yellows and pinks are radiant. Try wearing them all at once for a spectacular show.

Happy Diwali!! ’Tis the season of light and love, spread and share it abundantly, happily and safely. And, as always, remember to ‘gro’ with style!
