Happy New Year to our readers.
At the outset of 2010, we are bringing you three new columns: Wealth Management by Vijay Moralia, Home Improvement by Shubhang Patel and Finance by Dev Goswami. All three are experts in their respective fields. Of course, January brings with it two huge events: India�s Republic Day and Makarsankrant (Kite-Flying Festival). On page one, we have put together a list for the two festivities. Tampa Bay area and surrounding community residents should take advantage of the first annual India International Film Festival Jan. 22-24 at in Tampa (story, page1). Indian films will be screened in numerous languages, including Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, etc. Also, our South Florida readers should check out the Boogie Woogie competition Jan. 17 in Tamarac (story, page 1).
