ORLANDO AREA SANTOSHI MAA MANDIR CELEBRATES 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Story provided by Santoshi Maa Mandir

The Santoshi Maa Mandir in west Orlando in the town of Windermere recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Established in 1999, organizers believe it could be the only free- standing Santoshi Maa Mandir in North America. To celebrate its decade-long anniversary, the mandir held bhajans followed by garba.

Santoshi Maa Mandir at Jamuna Center in Windermere offers its facility free for the local community to enhance Hindu values and teachings. The mandir has dinner and bhajans at 7:30 p.m. the first Friday of every month and classes in traditional Indian music and dance.

For more information, call (407) 312-1533, e-mail [email protected] or visit www.santoshimaamandir.com
