PROTEST VIGIL HELD IN TAMPA TO SUPPORT PERSECUTED HINDUS, MINORITIES IN PAKISTAN

Concerned Hindus in Tampa Bay joined a nationwide protest vigil by The Chingari Project on Sept. 18 to remember thousands of Hindu and minority girls abducted each year, raped, assaulted, forcibly converted to Islam and married off or sold to older men in Pakistan.

Founded in 2021, The Chingari Project (Coalition for HINdu Girls Abducted And Their Rights) is a social justice campaign aimed toward bringing awareness to Hindus across the globe about the atrocities that young, innocent Hindu girls face in Sindh, Pakistan.
