Sri Ramanujamji, a disciple of H.H. Sri Muralidhar Swamiji, gave a seven-day discourse on Srimad Bhagwatam at the Hindu Society of Central Florida temple in Casselberry (Orlando area). On Feb. 21, the final day, the talk included bhajans and kirtans and mass prayers with the chanting of the Mahamantra by an audience of about 200. By listening to the Bhagwatam, one attains liberation from fear and ignorance, said Sri Ramanujamji. He added that chanting the name of the divine can help one to control impulses and is a path to achieve inner peace and self-realization. His clear, powerful and passionate explanations of the verses held the audience in a spiritual thrall. Sri Ramanujamji is a full-time spiritual teacher. He graduated from Delhi University as a Gold Medalist (Engr) and has a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, a well-known global standard for quality. A deep longing to unravel the purpose of life led him to Sri Muralidhara Swamiji. For more information about Sri Ramanujamji, visit www.godivinity.org
